Cancellation policy

Payment for classes, programs and events is required at registration, either through MCARonline.com or by phone.

MCAR reserves the right to revise the class schedule at any time. A minimum class size may be required for select programs. Should a class be canceled, MCAR will do its best to notify registrants provided we have a valid e-mail address.

Notification of cancellation must be received at least three business days prior to the class/event. There are no refunds for students who cancel less than three business days prior to the class/event, or who do not attend.

Business Enrichment Program: If you are unable to attend one of MCAR's free business enrichment programs (such as Advanced Short Sales), three days notice is required. If any one member has two unexcused absences in a 12 month period, that member will not be allowed to register for a program for the following six months.

Designation courses: Full refunds will be granted if requests are received prior to two (2) weeks in advance of the first day of the event. All refund requests must be received in writing. Requests for refunds received less than two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the event will be honored excluding a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made for requests received within 72 hours prior to the event.

Online courses: Full refunds will be given within seven (7) days of registration only. No credit for the course will be received.
