This 40-hour course will prepare you for the Michigan Real Estate Salesperson's Examination. It features the most up-to-date, easy-to-read real estate training manual in the state.

Topics include real estate laws and rules, real estate contracts, financing ownership, brokerage and real estate valuation.

Classes meet:

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm - 10 pm for five weeks (10 days);
  • Monday and Wednesday from 6 pm - 10 pm for five weeks (10 days); or
  • Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm for one week (5 days).

RES 201: Broker License Preparation

This flagship course provides the information you need to successfully complete your real estate broker’s license exam. The course provides solid information and testing techniques while helping participants build confidence and develop good exam preparation habits. All subjects likely to be tested on the PSI exam are covered. The course uses Michigan Real Estate Law & Practice, Full Text and Study Guide.

RES 203: Policies & Procedures for Real Estate Risk Management (Broker Law Specialty)

This exceptional program is the only one of its kind to help you create or upgrade the most important tool in your risk management arsenal: a company policy and procedures manual. While our industry is under constant legal scrutiny, it is amazing how little attention is focused on this critical issue. Learn from industry and legal experts:

Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification (save over $200!)

For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction.
