All members may nominate someone for the awards. Share a superstar with us today! Lockbox code abuse It seems that some agents are still providing lockbox codes to consumers. Giving lockbox codes directly to unauthorized persons – regardless of whether a home is vacant, bank-owned or otherwise – is not a good business practice. Other security measures that are vital to remember include: Do NOT provide lockbox codes to anyone other than an authorized licensed real estate agent. |
