Code of Ethics
To maintain your status as a REALTOR®, you must fulfill the Code of Ethics requirement. The deadline for the current cycle is December 31.

Continuing Education/Quadrennial Ethics
The MCAR School of Real Estate is offering NAR's quadrennial ethics course, approved for three hours of continuing education credit, with continuing education course 900-3 to fulfill your six hours of continuing education credit.
Course topics include: Code of Ethics (first three hours of class), Michigan laws and rules update, real estate-related case law (NAR 2007 Legal Scan, buyer agency, cybersquatting, Michigan Consumer Protection Act, predatory lending, REALTOR® association rules, right of first refusal).

Real Estate Salesperson Licensing
This 40-hour course will prepare you for the Michigan Real Estate Salesperson's Examination. It features the most up-to-date, easy-to-read real estate training manual in the state.
Topics include real estate laws and rules, real estate contracts, financing ownership, brokerage and real estate valuation.
Classes meet:
- Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm - 10 pm for five weeks (10 days);
- Monday and Wednesday from 6 pm - 10 pm for five weeks (10 days); or
- Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm for one week (5 days).
