MCAR offers the diversified services you need. Not only are we the gateway to the regional MLS, but we also offer an extensive education program. Our REALTOR® Markets also carry the products and supplies that you will need for your business.

• Our grievance and professional standards programs offer Association members a vehicle to economically and professionally expedite ethics complaints and/or arbitration requests.
• MCAR maintains a strong NAR presence through leadership and committee activity.
• Children of REALTOR® members can apply to the Association's Scholarship Fund to help with their education expenses.

Secondary REALTORS® (REALTORS® with a primary membership at another association) pay $150 (Oct.), $138 (Nov.) or $125 (Dec.). 

Affiliate Memberships are $160 (Oct.), $147 (Nov.) or $134 (Dec.).

Brokers from other local REALTOR® Associations wishing to have Realcomp II access will be charged $60 per year (pro-rated at $5 per month) and must submit a letter of good standing from their primary association along with payment. All licensees with the broker will be assessed the same rate.

Application for REALTORS®. This is the general application required to join MCAR. Membership in NAR and MAR opens the gate to your career in real estate.

Application for affiliates. For applicants who do not practice real estate but recognize the value of belonging to the state's largest local REALTOR® association. Ideal for home interior designers, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, surveyors, etc.

Membership Change. A form required for agents who change brokerage firms.
