GMAR can help you become a REALTOR®

In order to sit for the state real estate licensing exam, you are required to complete 40 hours of classroom time and two tests (mid-term and final).

To help you schedule a class that meets your individual needs, GMAR offers three types of classes:

  1. One week accelerated courses meet from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
  2. Five week courses meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, mornings (9 am - 1 pm) or evenings (6 pm - 10 pm). Our morning, evening and weekend classes are interchangeable to fit your needs.
  3. Online.

Just weeks away to your new career

Once you complete the real estate licensing class, you take the state exam. After successfully completing the exam, you decide which agency you want to work for and apply for your real estate license.

The whole process could be as short as a few weeks before you’re on your way to an exciting new career in real estate!
