Despite the high level of professionalism readily apparent among REALTORS®, disputes will occassionally arise. If you need to file an ethics complaint or request for aribtration, please use one of the forms below and either return it to the GMAR office or fax it to (248) 879-8280.

Professional Standards

Anyone can place a "For Sale" sign on a front lawn, but it takes a REALTOR® to understand and comply with the National Association of REALTORS'® Code of Ethics. It is this Code that distinguishes genuine REALTORS® from anyone carrying a lawn sign.
