Only orders made at retail pricing are refundable. All other orders are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrectly shipped products. To return a product, it must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging in sellable condition within 30 days after receipt. We reserve the right to deny any returns made more than 30 days after purchase. We cannot accept returns of custom orders or dated product. Please note: Lockboxes are non-returnable unless defective. Opened DVDs, VHS tapes and CDs are non-returnable.
